When you perform a payment transaction on our websites, the billing and personal information is encrypted whenever transmitted and received online by our 3rd party payment processors (Stripe or Paypal). Tools for the Trenches does not have direct access to your credit card information. To protect the security of our member information, all users are required to enter a username and password to access the Tools for the Trenches training material. This privacy statement applies to the Tools for the Trenches website and member pages. What we collect
During the registration process, the types of personal information you provide include name, company name, email address, username and password and credit card information.

When you browse our website, you do so anonymously. We do log your IP address (the Internet address of your computer) to give us an idea of which part of our website you visit and how long you spend there. But we do not link your IP address to any personal information unless you have logged into our website with your information.

From time to time, we may obtain information about your company and you as an employee of that company from third party sources, such as public databases and websites.

You also have a significant role in protecting your information. No one can see or edit your personal information without knowing your username and password, so do not share these with others.

We will provide you with the means to ensure that your member information is correct and current. You may update this information at any time by emailing [email protected]

To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity, such as username and password, before granting access to your data.

Use of Cookies
Our websites are not set up to track, collect or distribute personal information. Our site does generate certain kinds of non-identifying site usage data, such as number of hits and visits to our sites. This information is used for internal purposes only. The statistics contain no personal information and cannot be used to gather such information.
